City Specialist-Deloitte Strategy Partner

Joined 100 RC in April 2016 as a City Specialist contracted by Deloitte. She plays a key role in supporting the Senior City Advisor in ensuring that the Ramallah CRO is sufficiently informed in his efforts to oversee the development of the City Resilience Strategy. She is responsible for coordination between local stakeholders; supports the Senior City Advisor in his role as a mentor to CRO and mayor; coordinates with the U.S.-based Deloitte core team; and supports the development of all deliverables.

Mrs. Dabbah holds master’s degree in International Relations, and has 15 years’ experience in communication and outreach, In the past Mrs. Dabbah worked as communication consultant with the international projects within the governmental and privet sector.
